Committee Purpose and Membership

The first step in developing the Town of Walpole’s Brownfields Pilot Program was to establish a support committee of town representatives. The purpose of the Walpole Brownfields Committee is to provide guidance to Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM) throughout the duration of the project and particularly to ensure that public participation is used to the Town’s advantage. The Walpole Brownfields Committee was formed as a subcommittee of the Walpole Economic Development Commission and its membership includes representatives from the Board of Health, Fire Department, Board of Assessors, Economic Development Commission, and other interested parties. The following are the current members of the committee:

Robin Chapell – Committee Co-Chair, Health Agent

Ken Fettig – Committee Co-Chair, Economic Development Commission

Clem Boragine – Town Assessor

Richard Adams – Town Resident

Steele Lightbody – Captain, Fire Department
